The waste gas at this temperature is directly treated resulting in heat loss. High temperature Waste gas is recycled through Waste heat recovery device to heat fresh air and reduce energy consumption.
Treatment scale: The exhaust gas volume of the system is 30000m³/h, and the temperature is 80℃.
Transformation technology: Waste heat recovery unit was used to heat the fresh air.
Construction scope: Including system design, equipment supply, on-site installation and debugging of the whole Waste Heat Recovery system EPC project (excluding civil construction)
