Application scenarios: A shaoxing textile printing and dyeing company's existing printing and dyeing wastewater is 80℃. Direct treatment of hot water at this temperature results in loss of thermal energy. The heat of printing and dyeing wastewater is recycled through waste heat recovery device to heat domestic water and reduce the loss of steam for self-use.
Treatment scale: The amount of wastewater treated by the system is 80m³/h, and the temperature is 80℃.
Transformation technology: Waste heat recovery unit is used to heat domestic water
Construction scope: Including system design, equipment supply, on-site installation and debugging of the whole Waste Heat Recovery system EPC project (excluding civil construction)
Using effect: Raise the domestic hot water temperature to 50℃, save about 5t/h of steam consumption, and recover the investment cost after running for half a year
